It was back in the late 1970’s when Mitch Sylvestre came back to Bonnyville after university and decided to open up a sporting goods store. Having played hockey as a youngster and being an avid outdoorsman it just seemed like it was the right fit. Throughout the years he continued to be an active member of the community coaching and playing hockey and helping to mentor young people within the community.
