To mount the rail, separate the rail from the tapered bases. Push the bases onto the Sako receiver and tighten the two vertical locking grub screws to hold in the bases in place. Remount the rail onto the bases. Please Note that some Sako 75 actions have quite high tolerances and for that reason it is possible that the mount will be tight on the cone. It is made this way as a loose mount will not hold zero. Some hand fitting may be required.
