With this Jerky Knife and Board Kit, you can cut evenly thin strips of meat for even cooking and marinating. Kit consists of 12″ x 12″ double sided plastic board- cut depths are ¼” and ⅛” (6.4mm & 3.8mm) with ribbing and nubs to hold the meat in place. Allows you to consistently cut ¼” or ⅛” slabs of meat and slice consistently equal width strips of jerky. Pressing plate with handle to keep hand safely away from cutting area and hold meat securely. Jerky Knife: 10″ stainless steel blade. Non-skid Grip Mat 12″ x 18″ keep board securely in place.
