RCBS three-piece stem die set. The set consists of a full-length (Straight Wall) calibration die (with decapping part), Expander die for light-widening the sleeve mouth and a ball-putting die. The Full-Length Sizer Die calibrates the sleeve back to factory dimensions. The Headspace is kept to minimum tolerances during calibration to avoid changing the full length dimensions of the sleeve. The calibration die has a vent to prevent damage to the sleeve caused by trapped air and/or excessive lubricant. The ball setting die is equipped with a built-in Roll Crimp for a firm hold of the ball tip. With these types of Die’s, it is necessary to grease the sleeves before calibration. RCBS mould sets are supplied without a tube holder.
