Each kit seasons up to 20 lbs. of ground meat. Kit contains two 3.0 oz. seasoning packets; two 4.2 oz. cure packets, and four strands of 21 mm collagen casings.

Salt, spice, garlic powder, hickory powder with maltol-dextrin and spice extractives, less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel colour.
