Hickory is one of the most popular smoking woods and this blend captures that great flavour. Use with beef, wild game, poultry, or any meat of your choice. Each kit seasons up to 20 lbs. of ground meat. Kit contains two 3.0 oz. seasoning packets; two 4.2 oz. cure packets, and four strands of 21 mm collagen casings.
Ingredients:
Salt, spice, garlic powder, hickory powder with maltol-dextrin and spice extractives, less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel colour.
